Handling/Sorting

Low stress handling techniques are used at all times.

All persons involved in any handling process are trained and overseen by us directly to ensure all animal management practices are humane and animal/product focused.

Transport

All transports are done by CSR to ensure all animals are handled in an safe and humane fashion.

Processing

Beef, pork & lamb meat products are processed at an inspected processing facility in BC's southern interior.

All meat products are delivered to the Mylo's Farm Market Ltd. in Scotch Creek for sorting and cold storage.

All poultry is processed at a "C" licensed facility and are then quick frozen and sold through the farm as "farm gate" products.
