Our lamb is also 100% grass fed and finished, no grain products at all and a favourite amongst our clients who shop with us on an annual basis. Most of the lamb is spoken for well in advance of harvest, so don't wait, call early if you are interested in this product. We do maintain a waiting list and are happy to take your contact information and get back to you should some product become available.
In an effort to better meet the demand for this excellent and healthy product we are in the process of increasing our flock size as time and facilities allow.

**Please note that there currently there is no SPCA certification available for our sheep flock though all is in place and we are hoping that the flock will be part of this certification process for the 2010 production cycle. We will keep you posted.
